Hold / Stop Procedure

 

Students may request for their membership to be put on hold, whether for vacation or personal matters. Just let us know by sending us an email at juestkd@juestkd.com with the students name, student ID number, when they’ll be leaving and when they’ll be returning to Taekwon-Do. We do not accept hold notifications via text or phone call.

Hold Procedure

  • Membership holds are allowed in increments of 4 weeks or more.

  • Thirty days (30) notice must be sent to Jue’s Taekwon-Do for a membership hold.

  • We accept hold request via email only.

  • We do not accept notification via text or phone call.

  • Notification of a membership hold in-person must be followed up with an email. This allows our financial institution to make the appropriate adjustments before the next tuition transaction.

  • All outstanding invoices and debits will be honored.

Cancellation Policy

  • Thirty days (30) notice must be sent to Jue’s Taekwon-Do for a membership cancellation via email.

  • Month to month programs

    • Written notification of cessation of enrollment must be received for any type of refund requested.

    • There are no refunds on unused balance.

  • Pre-pay programs

    • No refunds will be given on any pre-paid programs.

    • Any unused portions will be forfeited in the event of cancellation of membership.

    • Initiation investment is not refundable.

Cancellation within 1 week of post-renewal date have two options:

  1. Credit for the month(s) charged will be applied when the student resumes their membership.

  2. The remaining balance can be refunded with a $25 cancellation fee.
