Note: Attendance at the seminar satisfies a patterns tournament sign-off.

We never know when a situation may happen, but our best defense comes from the preparation we have done beforehand.

“Situational Awareness” is all about understanding how to put us in the best position to defend ourselves. In this seminar, we will explore the laws of self-defense, situational awareness, and basic knife-concepts.

The last part of the seminar will go over how to use an impact tool/knife. We will go through different exercises to practice.

While students may do this seminar by themselves, we highly encourage doing this with a partner. Self-defense comes down to practice, practice, practice and we will be doing drills with a partner.
